Pics from my second backpacking outing for now my 3rd season section-hiking on the AT. The goal this year is to complete the state of VA, although this outing did not do very well in contributing towards that goal! I had an (overly) lofty goal of completing 56 miles in 3 days — well… that did NOT happen! The Trail has been there for almost a 100 years, I suppose it’s not going anywhere anytime soon — sooo, there’s always next time! But this hike still created some very memorable moments…
