I met my friend Dorinda at Bob’s Dairyland in the town of Roan Mountain, TN at 8:00 this morning for breakfast to fuel up our bodies, before we caught our shuttle ride from Shannon at the Mountain Harbor B&B and Hiker hostel once again. Apparently, the B&B serves up a killer breakfast that hikers can partake of for a charge, but only if they have guest staying at the Inn, which they did not. So, Bob’s Dairyland would have to do. Shannon dropped us off at Dennis Cove Rd. where I began my trek into Damascus over Labor Day weekend, but this time we headed south. Another beautiful hike!
